Returns/Refunds

 

ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS will incur a 20% restocking fee. THE REFUND WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF SHIPPING. From the day you get your order, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. After 30 days, no returns or refunds will be granted. All returns will be at the customer's responsibility, which includes the cost of returning the item(s).

Your item(s) must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as when you received them. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which should be included in the package.

Customizable apparel, clearance and discount items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  


Exchanges
FOR EXCHANGES, you must mail back the new and unused product(s) at your own expense for (please include the receipt in the package and note what it is you would like to exchange for), or you may bring them into the within 30 days after receiving your order. After 30 days, no exchanges will be permitted. No restocking fee for exchanges.
